Hello! My name is Chris Derrick and if you know me at all it’s probably because I have been, on occasion, good at running. Running is a wonderful career which affords me the time to read, think, and patiently explain to my friends and family why I am right and they are wrong. Alas, monologuing on a run or hectoring my fiancé while she tries to relax after work does not discipline my opinions quite like writing them out for strangers to pick apart. Thus, this blog.
I don’t have a set project, other than to write about the things that I think are interesting. If you find them interesting as well- great! If you do not, well, no hard feelings- it’s a big internet out there.
(P.S. No the name of this blog is not a reference to all the times I lost to Lawi Lalang- that was a very hurtful question, actually. It’s about this.)
